Why can't find CHS2 information from AIO3 via Bluetooth?
After the device is running, the AIO3 interface cannot see the CHS2 information. The main reason is that the AIO3 version is too low. It is recommended to upgrade the AIO3 communication module version to V3.005 or later via Bluetooth.
Why are DC terminals easily burned?
We will begin in this chapter by dealing with some general quantum mechanical ideas. Some of the statements will be quite precise, others only partially precise. It will be hard to tell you as we go along which is which, but by the time you have finished the rest of the book, you will understand in looking back which parts hold up and which parts were only explained roughly. Burning of DC terminals is a problem caused by construction quality. While the photovoltaic string is working, the DC terminals and wires will continue to have large currents. When making the terminals, if professional tools are not used to press them tightly to ensure good contact between the terminals and the wires, poor contact will occur. Poor contact of the terminals will cause heating of the terminal during long-term operation. Continuous heating will cause internal deformation, which will aggravate the poor contact problem and eventually lead to overheating and burning. Prevention of poor contact problems: Professional construction to ensure project quality Strengthen inspections in the early stages and replace them in advance if overheating or deformation is found.
Can the diesel generator be connected to the Gird input?

Can't.

The diesel generator must be connected to the dedicated connection port for the diesel generator, otherwise the system will not be able to identify whether it is the diesel generator or the grid, so will not work properly. The voltage waveform of the diesel generator is relatively poor. If it is connected to the mains port, it may be recognized by the system as an abnormal input and cannot be started.

Can the diesel generator be used as a backup power source for the backup load?

For microgrid systems, diesel generators are often used to power CHS2. Customers often need to connect the diesel generator output to the Backup load at the same time, so that the load can be directly powered when CHS2 is abnormal. The following connection method is not allowed. If it causes damage to CHS2 due to backflow, our company will not provide warranty.

faq_3

Even if the customer adds an ATS as a switch in the loop, the ATS is very likely to be damaged by voltage backflow when there is power on both sides.

If the customer needs to add a maintenance circuit, it is recommended to add an MCB and a manually controlled ATS to ensure that the maintenance circuit is only started when the CHS2 is shut down, thus ensuring the safety of the CHS2 equipment.

The Grid is normal, why is the battery not charging?

The battery charging and discharging status of CHS2 is not entirely determined by the grid status. Whether the system charges the battery or whether it can be charged with grid is determined by the operation scheduling strategy.

In the scheduling strategy, users can define charging period, discharging period and standby period, etc. If the system is in standby or discharging period, the battery will not be charged even if the grid is available.

Can the battery cabinet door be opened?

The battery cabinet door cannot be opened during equipment operation. It can only be opened when the equipment is shut down for maintenance.

If the equipment is running and the battery cabinet door is opened, it will be considered a system abnormality, the battery will stop outputting, and the system output will be interrupted.

It is recommended not to open the cabinet door unless necessary.

The total load is small, so why does the power go out due to overload?

In addition to the overall load overload, the system may also be powered off due to single-phase overload. If the single-phase load exceeds the load specification, the system will also be powered off due to overload. The maximum single-phase load specification of CHS2 is 18KW. If the total load of a phase exceeds this value, the system will be powered off due to overload even if the total load does not exceed 50KW.

Why does the load lose power after the Grid fails?

Under normal circumstances, after the grid is lost, the battery should be discharged to continuously provide power to the load.

If the load loses power after the mains power fails, the following issues need to be determined:

1. First, confirm whether the load is connected to the Backup Port. Only the load connected to the Backup Port will continue to provide backup power output after the grid is cut off.

2. Is the battery capacity normal before the mains power is cut off? If the battery capacity is continuously very low and is near the lower limit of low voltage, it will not be able to provide output after the grid is cut off.

What happens when the system prompts that the phase sequence is wrong?

The AC input three-phase voltage of CHS2 must be in sequence with an angle of 120 degrees. If there is a problem with the wiring, an alarm will be issued for phase sequence error.

The following actions are required:

1. Check the wiring of the input power line to see if there is a problem with the cable color that causes the phase sequence to be reversed.

2. If the cable color sequence is found to be correct, it is recommended to check it with a phase sequence meter. If there is no phase sequence meter, you can verify it by the cross method to find the correct phase sequence.

The battery capacity is displayed as higher than the lower limit. Why is the system powered off due to low
battery capacity?

When CHS2 is shut down due to low discharge capacity, it is not shut down completely according to the capacity of the entire parallel system; as long as the capacity of one CHS2 in the system is lower than the limit value, the low discharge capacity shutdown will be executed.

CHS2 will balance the outputs of each system when discharging, but there may be a situation where the gap is too large, or the capacity of a device may be too low and trigger first.
