Senior Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities

  1. According to the company's long-term development goal and marketing strategy, lead the local sales strategy and implement aggressive hunting sales tactics to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.  
  2. Make the matching sales plan and budget in the area and in charge of strategic market expansion to discover potential business opportunities.
  3. Develop and achieve strong and long-lasting partnerships with the key clients effectively.
  4. Carry out the local market research and analysis in depth, including but not limited to national policy, channel information, products trend and so on, and conduct a more accurate and effective marketing strategy.
  5. Supervise the implementation of company’s strategy and policy, monitor the return of payment and be aware of risks control.

 

Qualification

  1. Minimum of 5 years sales hunting experience, more than 3 years of inverter, battery storage, solar modules channel sales development, management, and operation experience.
  2. Robust professional network with local distribution resources (TOP10), familiar with mainstream inverters, ESS system brand marketing policy, experienced with business planning, demand and supply investigation, competitors’ analysis, solution sales skill, and experienced with distribution development and channel management.
  3. Strong local market development and management skills, proven negotiation skills.
  4. Excellent sense of responsibility, observation ability, team spirit and professional quality.
  5. Professional in English and local language and solid driving skill with driving license is a must.

Technical Support Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

Customer and Installer Support

  1. Provide phone and email-based troubleshooting, problem-solving, and fault-finding support for installers and customers.
  2. Address technical product inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Case Management

  1. Use a CRM system to generate, track, and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
  2. Ensure all cases are documented and followed up on until resolution.

Cross-Department Collaboration

  1. Liaise with service, sales, and repair center departments to ensure cases are handled effectively and customer satisfaction is maintained.

Technical Documentation

  1. Develop, update, and manage technical documentation for product commissioning and troubleshooting.
  2. Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

Process Improvement

  1. Assist in developing and improving the technical support processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Sales and Marketing Support

  1. Assist in sales exhibitions and trade fairs by providing technical expertise and product demonstrations.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  1. Liaise with the international technical support team to share knowledge, resolve global issues, and maintain consistency in support standards.

 

Qualifications:

  1. Relevant qualification in electronic engineering and renewable energy equivalent, direct solar and power generation Industry experience is an advantage.
  2. Solid technical understanding of inverters and batteries products, solutions-based mindset.
  3. Eagerness to support customers as required and has strong work ethic.
  4. Experience in a role which required cross-functional communication and coordination, able to work as well as part of a team.
  5. Professional English and local language skill is must.

Senior Product Manager (Commercial & Industrial Energy Storage)

Job Responsibilities:

Market Insight and Analysis

  1. Conduct global market research, demand analysis, and competitive bench-marking for commercial and industrial energy storage scenarios.

Product and Solution Definition

  1. Define and plan energy storage products, solutions, and key features for commercial and industrial applications.
  2. Deliver high-quality project charters for new initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  1. Collaborate with project managers and follow the IPD (Integrated Product Development) process to coordinate across departments, ensuring close cooperation among development, testing and operations teams to achieve product goals.

Demand Management

  1. Evaluate the feasibility of requirements from a business perspective, prioritize demands, and create development plans.
  2. Continuously improve and optimize products based on market feedback and user needs.

Marketing Support

  1. Participate in the development of marketing plans, identify core product selling points and key target markets, and support the achievement of sales objectives.

 

Qualification:

  1. Bachelors degree or above in Power System Automation, Power Electronics, or related fields is preferred.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in product planning, product development, or project management in the renewable energy industry.
  3. Strong overall product perspective and excellent design expression skills, with the ability to quickly and effectively translate ideas into design solutions.

Market Research and Product Definition

  1. Conduct market research, user insights, and customer needs analysis to define product plans and specifications.
  2. Deliver key documents such as Charter, CD (Concept Definition), and KO (Kick-Off) materials.
  3. Develop product strategies, including TA (Target Audience) and 4P (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) strategies.

Product Development and Launch

  1. Oversee critical milestones during the product development process.

Product Promotion and Operations

  1. Manage product operations during the promotion phase, including pricing and promotional strategies.

  6. Strong product mindset with a thorough understanding of the end-to-end hardware product development process.
  7. Ability to lead market research, user studies, and competitive analysis.
  8. Strong decision-making skills and accountability for results.
